Dr. Monica Mehring Family Dentistry strives to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Mehring and her staff of 7 are highly skilled and knowledgable resulting in a pleasant dental experience. Our staff will go out of their way to make your family feel like ours.
Dr. Monica
Dr. Mehring grew up in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. She attended Penn State University as an undergraduate and then attended University of Maryland Dental School in Baltimore, Maryland. She completed a general dental practice residency program at Christiana Care Medical Center in 1997.
Dr. Mehring has been in private practice at this Newark location since 1997. She is a member of ADA – the American Dental Association, the Delaware State Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
As an active community member of the local community, she also volunteers with Forgotten Cats in Greenville, DE and Quest Therapeutic Services for children with disabilities in West Chester, PA.
Becky
Patient CoordinationBecky has been in the dental field for over 40 years. She graduated from Delcastle Technical High School for Dental Assisting. After a number of years assisting, she decided to move to the clerical end of the business. She has been with Monica since she opened in 1997. While not at work, Becky enjoys
spending time with her family.
Polly
Patient CoordinationPolly has been in the dental field for over 30 years. She joined Mehring Family Dentistry a few years ago and has been a friendly face at the front desk ever since. When Polly is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and her horse.
Carolyn
Dental AssistantCarolyn has been a dental assistant for over 25 years. She has been with Dr. Mehring for several years and is very skilled as an assistant. When Carolyn is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and being active.
